Shipping Policy

Every Boujie candle is hand-poured in Milford, Pennsylvania and ships fast. Here is exactly what to expect.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Friday or over the weekend ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.

What does shipping cost?

We ship within the United States only.

US orders over $50: free standard shipping. Any two candles qualify.
US orders under $50: flat $5 standard shipping.

How long will delivery take?

After your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping does not guarantee a specific arrival date. Expedited options, when available, are offered at checkout.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email when the order ships. Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not able to reroute packages sent to an incorrect address.

Damaged or lost packages

If your candle arrives damaged, email info@boujiecandlecompany.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. For lost or delayed packages, contact us and we will help track down the shipment.
